After years and years of providing free workouts to thousands of women around the world and seeing great success, I kept getting emails from moms who needed a bit more than a posted workout.
They needed help with their bad habits, diets, and lifestyles that were holding them back from seeing all their hard work and making progress.
They needed coaching and accountability. Accountability is the NUMBER 1 thing my clients credit for being successful throughout the challenge.
They knew they were gaining muscle and losing weight but I knew I could do more to help them accelerate their progress. They loved the HIIT workouts but they wanted to improve their overall health and lifestyle, be more efficient, healthier, and have more energy.
